European Real Estate Debt Fund IV (ERED IV)
DRC Savills Investment Management successfully launched its fourth European commercial real estate debt fund in 2019, with total commitments of £458m raised to date against its target fund size of £500m.
The Fund reflects a continuation of DRC Savills Investment Management’s High Yield real estate lending strategy and builds on the existing origination strength of the prior funds in the platform.
ERED IV has already invested in 7 transactions to date.
The fund targets a Gross IRR of 11-13% and annualized cash income of 8% per annum.
