European Real Estate Debt Fund II (ERED II)

ERED II achieved its final close in Spring 2014 with total commitments in excess of £487m, surpassing its target fund size of £400m.

The Fund is DRC Capital’s second European commercial real estate debt fund and pursues a similar strategy to the successful ERED I.

ERED II was fully invested having completed 26 investments, with 23 investments fully realised.

The fund is anticipated to generate a Gross IRR of 12.5%-13.5%, with a cash income component that provided for a net distribution to Limited Partners in excess of 8% per annum.
