DRC Savills Investment Management’s commercial real estate debt investment advisory platform was established by the Partners of DRC, to focus on directly sourced investments to consistently deliver risk adjusted returns for investors. The firm is a recognised market leader dedicated to originating real estate debt across the UK and Europe and across the capital structure from Senior to High Yield debt.

Since 2009, DRC funds have raised capital from institutional investors across the global and built a large team of experienced investment professionals, dedicated to investing in pure debt strategies.

Our investment strategy focusses on originating new loans against good quality, liquid real estate assets with experienced borrowers. DRC’s investment team has experience in all sectors of real estate with backgrounds from equity investment, institutional lending, banking and asset management which helps to ensure a disciplined approach to underwriting and asset management.
