European Real Estate Debt Fund III (ERED III)
DRC Capital successfully raised its third European commercial real estate debt fund in 2017, with total commitments of £600m surpassing its target fund size of £500m.
The Fund reflects a continuation of DRC Capital’s High Yield real estate lending strategy and builds on the existing origination strength of the prior funds in the platform.
ERED III was fully invested having completed 24 investments, with 8 investments fully realised.
The fund targets a Gross IRR of 11-13% and annualized cash income of 8% per annum.
